Luke Zahm – Wisconsin Foodie

Luke was born and raised in rural Wisconsin, he has recently taken over as the full-time chef for Wisconsin Foodie and is co-owner of Driftless Café in Viroqua Wisconsin. He had been a guest on Wisconsin Foodie and feels it is important to bring attention to locally grown and sourced food and the culinary culture that comes with that.
