Your volunteer assistance during set-up and day-of is a critical element to making the Expo possible and a great customer experience for everyone attending. Volunteer opportunities are small to large, easy to extensive and always appreciated.
Volunteers are needed for a variety of positions including; set-up (day prior and morning of), parking, admission, grounds, seminar assistance, vendor assistance, take-down and others.
While we have flexibility, an ideal volunteer shift is Friday set-up 2pm-6pm, Day-of set-up 6am-10am, Day-of role 730am-12:30pm or 12:30pm -5:00pm and day-of takedown 4:00pm-7:00pm.
